Official Records and Transcript Requests

An official transcript is the official record of a student's academic achievement at Lake Washington Institute of Technology. Current and former LWTech students may request official transcripts one of three ways:

Via LWTech Online Form

There is no fee associated with requesting records using the LWTech online form. 

Please have the following information ready for the Records Request form:

• LWTech (preferred) email
• LWTech Student ID (ctcLink or SID)
• Type of record you need
• How you want to receive your records

Please allow up to two weeks for processing the Records Requests. 

Order Official Transcripts via LWTech Form

Via National Student Clearinghouse

You can order an official transcript online throughNational Student Clearinghouse. There is a $2.90 processing fee for the use of this service. Note, LWTech does not charge for official transcripts. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.

Your signed consent will be required to fulfill your order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for your order that you can sign electronically or return via fax, mail, or as a scanned email attachment.
