Late Registration at LWTech
Student Process for Late Registration
If you need to register for classes on or after the first day of the quarter, you must have permission from the faculty member teaching each class.
Please use the form below to request permission. You are also encouraged to attend the next class session to talk directly with the faculty about your request. At that time they may indicate they will approve your request or that space is not available.
In order to fill out Late Enrollment Request form you will need the following information:
- Your LionsLink ID number
- If you do not know your Lions Link ID number, you can use the ID Lookup tool to find your ID number online.
- The Course Code and Class Number of the class you want to take (example: ENGL& 101, #56342)
- You can find this information in the online class schedule
- Professor's name and professor's LWTech email address teaching the course
- If you do not know the name of the professor you can find it in the class schedule.
- If you do not know the email address of the professor you can look it up in the college directory.
- If it is not listed in either page, please email registration@lwtech.edu for assistance.
Only use this form to register for classes after the quarter has started. If you use this form to try and register for a future quarter, you will be re-directed to your LionsLink account for the standard registration process.
Faculty Process for Late Registration
If a student approaches you in person to register for classes on or after the first day of the quarter, you must give your permission.
Please use the form below to give permission if you want to initiate the request. If a student initiates the form above, you will automatically receive the request in your email.
In order to fill out this form you will need:
- The student's LionsLink ID number
- The Course Code and Class Number of the class the student wants to take (example: ENGL&101 #56342)
- Your LWTech employee email address
- If applicable, the first day the student attended class
