Work Order Requests

Help Desk (FreshDesk)MegaMation™ is an online requestor available to anyone from the Lake Washington Institute of Technology Facilities and Operations department.
Work requests for maintenance or custodial needs include:
- Air Conditioning
- Custodial
- All recycling and trash pickups happen at night with the night crew. If yours has been missed, you may enter a Work Order into the MegaMation system
- Electrical
- Environmental Concerns
- Health & Safety
- Heating
- Lighting
- Moving
- Odors
- Outdoors/Grounds
- Paint Jobs
- Pest Control
- Plumbing
- Ventilation
Work Requests need to be submitted though a MegaMation work request.
- On the MegaMations webpage select type of work request
- Indoor
- Outdoor
- Select the Type
- Custodial
- Maintenance
- Grounds
- Fill in the following information
- Submitted by: best to Enter First, Last Name
- Phone
- Email Address
- Alt Contact (Optional)
- Building / Zone (outdoor work requests)
- Select from drop down menu
- Location
- Enter room number if known for example: W401
- If you enter the letter of the building with an Asterisk you will get full list of rooms for example: W*
- Location
- Select from drop down menu
- Budget number
- Work Description
- Detailed information about the issue(s), Facilities will contact you if more information is needed
- Pictures (Optional)
- Make note of the Work Order number for your reference
- Once the order is submitted you can use this information to look at the following
information on your work order
- Status
- Assignment - Facilities member assigned to the work order
- Notes
