Entry into the Human Resource Management program requires completion of LWTech's general online application.

BAS prerequisites, application information, and instructions can be found on the BAS information page.

LWTech does not offer every course each quarter. It is the student's responsibility to consult the Class Schedule and work out an individual schedule with an advisor. Any developmental coursework you might be required to complete may increase the program length.

At LWTech, we welcome all students as an open enrollment college and we are committed to your inclusion at the college. The 3rd is a 2022-2023 Student Chapter of SHRM Superior Merit Award. The 4th acknowledges LWTech's partnership with SHRM. The 5th is that LWTech is academically aligned with SHRM.

The use of this official seal confirms that this activity has met HR Certification Institute’s (HRCI) criteria for recertification credit pre-approval.

We are proud of the many pathway options our students have to complete an Applied Bachelor’s degree, at LWTech, and at in-state universities and colleges. All degrees, whether DTA/MRP, AAS-T or AAS, can fulfill transfer requirements at multiple institutions thanks to the articulation (transfer) agreements between LWTech and the transfer college. An applied bachelor's degree can improve your chances in the job market and help you make more money.
