What is Amazon Career Choice?
At LWTech, Amazon employees have the opportunity to learn new skills and build their careers with the Amazon Career Choice program. Eligible employees can earn their applied bachelor's degrees, associate, and/or certificates they need to move their careers forward by having their tuition pre-paid in full. Amazon's Career Choice also funds high school completion, GEDs, and ESL/ELL (English Language Learners) proficiency certifications.
Since the program started in 2012, more than 110,000 Amazon employees around the world have participated in Career Choice and received training for high-demand occupations, including aircraft mechanics, computer-aided designers, commercial truck drivers, medical assistants, nurses, and more.

Amazon employees are eligible to enroll in any LWTech program located within one of our schools. Programs offerings may include certificates, associate and applied bachelor's degrees. Amazon employees are also eligible to enroll in Basic Education for Adults, English Language Learner (ELL) and I-BEST programs. Explore LWTech's schools below:

Who is Eligible to Enroll in Career Choice?
The program is available to Amazon hourly employees who have been employed for 90 days. Employees have access to annual funds for education as long as they remain at the company, with no limit to the number of years they can benefit.
How Much Does Amazon Pay for My Program?
Through Amazon's Career Choice Program, qualified employees will have their tuition covered in full. Payments will go directly to LWTech once the tuition payment request is made through the Career Choice Program.
Books and fees are reimbursed upon proof of receipt via the Career Choice portal website.

Explore Our ProgramsOnce you set up your LionsLink account, determine your placement, and meet with your academic advisor, you will be ready to register for classes!
Explore Our ClassesOnce you are registered for classes, you will need to submit a payment request. The request will be sent to LWTech to confirm course level details, and either approve or deny the request. If approved, Amazon pay LWTech directly! You can also use the portal to have books and fees reimbursed by submitting proof of purchase receipts. See how the reimbursement process works.
