TRIO

TRIO provides you services if you can identify as: low-income, first-generation (neither parent nor guardian has a bachelor’s degree and neither does the student), or have documented disabilities. TRIO staff encourage you to complete a degree or certificate and transfer to a four-year college in Washington or elsewhere, if possible.

To assist you with that goal, you will receive the following from TRIO.

LWTech TRIO services provides academic and support services to students who are low-income, first generation, or students with disabilities. We encourage students to complete their degree or certificate and transfer to a four-year college if possible. LWTech students who are TRIO participants may receive one hour of one-on-one tutoring per class per week for most general education classes.

eTutoring

eTutoring is available to all LWTech students on Canvas.

Students can access eTutoring through any current Canvas course. The link is located at the bottom of the navigation list in each Canvas course.

If you have trouble accessing the eTutoring portal, please contact IT Services Help Desk or call (425) 739-8100 x8603.
