LWTech and Overlake Medical Center have announced a new 12-week CNA/Patient Care Technician Training Program partnership. The program, which will be taught at LWTech will begin in Winter quarter on January 6, 2025.

The program includes:

• 24 hours per week of paid training at $21 per hour.
• Tuition, fees and e-books paid for by Overlake. Classroom training at LWTech.
• Clinical hours at Overlake Medical Center.
• Placement into open PCT roles at $24.46 per hour after obtaining an NA-C license.
• Access to Overlake’s tuition reimbursement program for future career advancement.

Timeline:

• November 15: Deadline to complete Overlake job application.
• November 27: Participants and alternates selected.
• December 11: Deadline to submit LWTech application.
• January 6: Program begins.
• Late March: Transition into open Patient Care Tech position at Overlake.
