LWTech Launches New Website

LWTech Launches New Website

Welcome to LWTech’s new website!

Every decision behind the design and wording of our website was data informed. Throughout the past year, we reviewed visitor analytics held focus groups, interviews and surveyed students, faculty, and staff from each area of the college, as well as external community members, alumni, and partners so we could create the best experience for you. By ensuring the accessibility of our website and third-party platforms utilized by students, staff, and community members we are working to:

  • Align accessibility with the college’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) efforts and Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Expand on the existing internal accessibility policies to help establish training opportunities and best practices throughout the college.
  • Integrate accessibility into the college’s procurement practices.
  • Assess and resolve accessibility non-conformance and barriers for students, staff, and community members.
  • We are dedicated to providing students and employees equitable/accessible access in classes, the website, documents, and any other digital method by which we access information.

We hope you enjoy your experience on our new website. As with any new construction, there may be areas we need to fix, so if you see a broken link, or if you can’t find something, please let us know. Note that it may also take a few weeks for our search function to fully work as search engines begin syncing to our website. Please email Alex Sorrels at Alex.Sorrels@LWTech.edu with any errors and include the link to the page with the error.
